Dog Years

Today is my dog Izzy's 2nd birthday!  She is not my favorite (that title belongs to Molly and they both know it), but Izzy definitely has more spunk and personality than any other dog I have ever met.

Brand Loyalty

Pickles and olives.  Two of my favorite foods.  I snack on both nearly every day.  Olives are easy to pick; it’s just a matter if you want black, green, kalamata, queen, spanish; in oil, in vermouth, in brine.  And then you get to pick if they’re stuffed!  Feta, bleu, provolone, artichoke, almond, garlic, jalapeño, pimento.  It is surprisingly simple, it simply depends on your mood.  And, of course, what you’re going to put them in if you don’t just eat them out of the jar.  That’s what I do.  I spear them out of the jar and onto the lid with my cute little olive shaped pick I got at Crate & Barrel last year.

Favorite musicians.  Favorite songs.  We all have them.  We have all seen them on television, and many of us have seen them perform in person.  They're our favorites for many reasons; whether we can relate to the music they make, we like the style of music they share, or we think they're hot (Adam Lambert, that means you.)

iPads

So I was going to post about watching an episode of Animal Hoarding, but I realized that typing on an iPad is not that easy to do for an extended period of time. Maye tomorrow morning I'll come up with something to write about. Back to the boob tube and a vodka & Sprite!

Yellow & Blue make green

This should be something that everyone knows, right?  An elementary education building block of primary colors.  Well, this is my story about learning this the hard - well, maybe the long way.
